Mary Teaches Yoga, Pilates, Movement, and Dance. She is trained in trauma-informed yoga and therapeutics, a Reiki Master and Doctoral Candidate for Integrative Medicine in Canada's Doctors Without Borders Program at the University Of Toronto's extension school via Prof. Dr. George Grant, Ph.D. , IMD, DHS, C.Chem, RM., M.Sc., M.Ed.'s International Academy Of Wellness.
